FIRST N.C.A. NOTIFICATION
Applications must be submitted online through the Official website of the commission after
“ONE TIME REGISTRATION”. Candidates who have already registered can apply through
their profile.

Note:- (i) Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other
than Muslim (Ex-servicemen only) will be summarily rejected. No
rejection memo will be issued.
(ii) Separate Ranked Lists will be prepared for Ernakulam district in pursuance of
this notification. Ranked List thus prepared and published by the
Commission shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed
against the vacancies earmarked for Muslim candidates but remain unfilled
due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List
published for the post in the following district.

(iii) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District
basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in GO(MS) No.154/71/PD dated
27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one revenue district from the
Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he/she
completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service
in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to
the rules in GO(MS) No.4/61/PD, dated 2.1.1961. Candidates already in
Government Service holding the same post in any one district are prohibited from
applying again for this post in any other district. A candidate advised for
appointment in headquarters vacancy is eligible for transfer to the choice of his/her
district, irrespective of period of service of 5 years subject to the rules in G.O (MS)
442/80/GAD dated, 26.09.1980
5 Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment [From Ex-servicemen candidates
belonging to Muslim community only]
6. Age limit : Should have completed 18 (Eighteen) years and should
not have completed 50 (Fifty) years of age inclusive of the
period of Military Service. Only candidates born between
02.01.1962 and 01.01.1994 (both dates included) are eligible to
apply for this post.
For conditions regarding other age relaxation please see para 2 of the general
conditions. Except para 2(1)
7. Qualifications : -
S.S..L.C or its equivalent examination.
Note:- (1) Only Ex-servicemen candidates belonging to Muslim community
are eligible to apply for this post.
(2) The copies of the Certificate required as per para (13) of the General
Conditions including those of the mark list of the S.S.L.C Examination
(with endorsement), the Discharge Certificate, pension payment order etc.
should be produced along with the original as and when called for by the
commission. (For details please refer para 13 of the General conditions
in Part II of the Notification).
8. If a Written test/OMR test is conducted as part of the Selection, hall ticket of eligible
Candidates will be made available in the website of the Kerala Public Service
Commission. Candidates are instructed to download their hall ticket as per the
instructions given on the Website.
9. Last date for receipt of Applications :16/01/2013 Wednesday upto 12 Midnight.
10. Mode of submitting applications:-
Candidates shall register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION ' system
on the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission
'www.keralapsc.org' for applying for the post. Candidates who have registered
shall apply by logging in to their profile using their User- ID and password.
Candidates shall click on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the
Notification link for applying for a post. No application fee is required.
Candidates can view and have a print-out of the details in the profile by clicking
the link Registration Card, if required. Candidates are responsible for the
correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before applying
for a post, candidates must ensure correctness of the information in their profile.
They must quote the User- ID for further communication with the Commission.
Applications once submitted will be received as provisional and particulars shall
not be deleted or altered after submission. Applications submitted not in
accordance with the conditions of the notification will be summarily rejected.
Documents to prove qualification, experience , community, age etc. have to be
produced as and when called for .
