NCA NOTIFICATION FOR PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED
Applications must be submitted online through the official website of the Commission after 'ONE TIME
REGISTRATION'. Candidates who have already registered can apply through their profile.
1 Name of firm : Various Govt. owned companies /Corporations/Boards.
2 Name of Post : Assistant Grade II/Clerk/ LD Clerk/Jr.Clerk/Cashier/Jr.Assistant
3 Scale of Pay : Scale of pay as prescribed for the post by the concerned
Company/Corporation/Board.
4 No. of vacancies : 26 (Twenty Six) (Deaf)
Note:- 1) The above vacancies are now in existence. The Ranked list published as per this notification will be valid
until candidates are advised and appointed against the 26 (Twenty Six) vacancies ear marked for Physically
Handicapped (Deaf) persons remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the
Ranked List published on 25/08/2009 and an addendum Notification for the Physically Handicapped
candidates Dated 14/01/2011 based on the notification published in the Gazette dated 28/03/2007(Category
No.115/2007).
2) The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any
candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake. On
such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate, provided that the
cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the
candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of probation or 240 days from the date
of joining duty whichever is earlier.
5 Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment (From Physically Handicapped
(Deaf ) candidates only).
Note:- Applications submitted by candidates other than those belonging to PH-Deaf category will be summarily
rejected. Individual rejection memo will not be send to them.
6 Age : 18-50 only candidates born between 2.01.1962 and 01.01.1994(both
dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.
7. Qualifications:
BA/B.SC/B.Com degree awarded by a recognized University or equivalent qualification.
8. Method of Submitting Application :-Candidates shall register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION ' system on
the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission 'www.keralapsc.org' for applying for the post.
Candidates who have registered shall apply by logging in to their profile using their User- ID and password.
Candidates shall click on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the Notification link for applying for a
post. No application fee is required. Candidates can view and have a print-out of the details in the profile by
clicking the link Registration Card, if required. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal
information and secrecy of password. Before applying for a post, candidates must ensure correctness of the
