FOR PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED CANDIDATES [DEAF ONLY]
Applications must be submitted online through the official website of the Commission
after 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION' .Candidates who have already registered can apply
through their profile.

3 Scale of pay : ` 11,620-18,740/-
4 Number of vacancies : 4 (Four)
The above vacancies are now in existence. The list of selected candidates
published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force
until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for
Physically Handicapped persons (Deaf only) remain unfilled due to the paucity of
candidates during the currency of the Ranked list published on 15-11-2008 for the
post.
5 Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment. (From among Physically Handicapped
persons (Deaf only).
6. Age Limit : Age 18-36. Only candidates born between 2-1-1976 and 1-1-
1994 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post
with usual relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes
and Other Backward Communities. (for other conditions
regarding age relaxation, please see part 2 of the General
Conditions)
7 Qualifications : -
1. A pass in SSLC or its equivalent.
2. Must possess
(a) I.T.I (Surveyor Trade) Certificate.
OR
(b) A pass in the Surveying and levelling (Higher) M.G.T.E or K.G.T.E with
chain survey test.
OR
( c ) Experience in Military service for a period of six years in Surveyor trade.
NOTE:- 1) In the absence of candidates with the technical qualification mentioned above a
pass in Higher Survey Test shall be deemed sufficient.
2) In the absence of candidates with any of the technical qualifications mentioned
above a pass in chain survey test shall be deemed sufficient.
8. Mode of Submitting Applications:-
Candidates shall register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION ' system on the Official
Website of Kerala Public Service Commission 'www.keralapsc.org' for applying for the post.
Candidates who have registered shall apply by logging in to their profile using their User-
ID and password. Candidates must exclusively click on the 'Apply Now' button of the
respective posts in the Notification link for applying for a post. No application fee is required.
Candidates can view and have a print-out of the details in the profile by clicking the link
Registration Card, if required. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal
information and secrecy of password. Before applying for a post, candidates must ensure
correctness of the information in their profile. They must quote the User- ID for further
communication with the Commission. Applications once submitted will be received as
provisional and particulars shall not be deleted or altered after submission. Applications
submitted not in accordance with the conditions of the notification will be summarily rejected.
