Applications must be submitted online through the official website of the
Commission after 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION'. Candidates who have already registered
can apply through their profile.

 The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked List published as per this
notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancy
earmarked for the Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian community but remain unfilled due to the
paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 23/12/2009 for
the post (Category No.250/09). This is the Second NCA Notification published due to the
non joining duty of candidate as per the notification in the Gazette dated 15/09/2010 under
Category No.255/2010.
5. Method of Appointment : Direct Recruitment (from among the candidates
 belongs to Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian
 community.) Application of candidates other than
 Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian community will be
 rejected. Individual rejection memo will not be
 issued.
6. Age Limit : 21-49 (Only candidates born between 02/01/1964
and 01/01/1992 (both dates included) are eligible to
apply for the post.

Conditions except para 2 (i)
7. Qualifications :
 (1) DM (Cardiology)/DNB (Cardiology)
 In the absence of the above, MD (General Medicine).
 (2) Permanent Registration under Travancore Cochin Medical Council.
(The above qualifications must be acquired on or before the last date of receipt of
application).
NOTE: 1) DNB qualifications must be acquired from a Medical College, which is
recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala.
2) Provisional Registration with any Medical Council will not be accepted.
3) Those who are appointed in the post should serve for four (4) years during the
first ten(10) years of their service (including the period of training) anywhere
in India or any other foreign country under defence services connected with
defence, if required. Those who have completed 45 years of age are exempted
from the above compulsory Military service.
8. Mode of Sending Applications:- Candidates must register as per 'ONE TIME
REGISTRATION ' scheme through the Official Website of Kerala Public Service
Commission 'www.keralapsc.gov.in for applying for the post. Those who have
already registered can apply by logging in to their profile using their User- ID and
password. Candidates must exclusively click on the 'Apply Now' button of the
respective posts in the Notification link for applying to a post. No application fee is
required. Candidates can view and print the details in the profile by clicking the link
Registration Card, if required. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the
personal information and secrecy of password. Before applying for a post,
candidates must ensure correctness of the information in their profile. They must
quote the User- ID for further communication with the Commission. Application
submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission.
Applications will be summarily rejected if non compliance with the notification is
found in due course of processing. Documents to prove Qualifications, experience,
community, age etc. have to be produced as and when called for .

Midnight.
