Applications must be submitted online through the Official website of the commission after
“ONE TIME REGISTRATION”. Candidates who have already registered can apply through
their profile.

2. Name of Post : Senior Lecturer in Periodontics
3. Scale of Pay : ` 10000-15,200/-
4. No. of vacancy : Viswakarma – 1 (One)
The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked List published as per this
notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies
earmarked for Viswakarma Community but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates
during the currency of the Ranked List, published on 28/12/2007 for the post (Cat.
No.45/2007 GD 26/02/2007). This is the 3rd NCA notification published due to non
availability of candidates as per notification published as category No.72/2010,(Gazette dated
31/3/2010) and category No. 110/2011(Gazette dated 16.5.2011)
5. Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment (From among Viswakarma
Community only)
Note:- The applications submitted by candidates belonging to communities other than
Viswakarma Community will be rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to them
individually.
6. Agelimit : 24-44; candidates born between 02.01.1968 and 01.01.1988
(both dates included) are eligible to apply for the post (Including
relaxation in para 2(i) of the General conditions)

7. Qualifications : (1) Post Graduate Degree (MDS) in Periodontics from a recognized
University approved by the Dental Council of India.
(2)State Dental Council Permanent Registration.
Note: (1) Provisional Registration with any Dental Council will not be accepted.
(2)Candidates who have secured Permanent Registration with any other State/Central
Dental Council will have to get themselves registered under the Travancore- Cochin
Medical Practitioners Act before they join duty in the post.
8. Mode of submitting applications :
Candidates shall register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION ' system on the Official
Website of Kerala Public Service Commission 'www.keralapsc.org' for applying for the post.
Candidates who have registered shall apply by logging in to their profile using their User-
ID and password. Candidates must exclusively click on the 'Apply Now' button of the
respective posts in the Notification link for applying for a post. No application fee is required.
Candidates can view and have a print-out of the details in the profile by clicking the link
Registration Card, if required. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal
information and secrecy of password. Before applying for a post, candidates must ensure
correctness of the information in their profile. They must quote the User- ID for further
communication with the Commission. Applications once submitted will be received as
provisional and particulars shall not be deleted or altered after submission.Applications will
be summarily rejected if non compliance with the notification in due course of processing.
Documents to prove Qualification, experience , community, age etc. have to be produced as
and when called for .
