The above vacancy is now in existence. The Rank List published as per this notification
will be valid till candidates are advised and appointed against the above vacancies earmarked
for Physically Handicapped (Blind-Low Vision)candidates, but remain unfilled due to the
paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 12/07/2010 for the
post. (Gazatte dated 30/04/2007 Category No.137/07).
5. Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment from among Physically
Handicapped (Blind-Low Vision).Application of
candidates other than PH Blind will be rejected.
Individual rejection memo will not be issued.
6. Age limit : 18-36, only candidates born between 01/01/1994 and
02/01/1976(both dates included) are eligible to apply for
the post.

7. Qualifications:-
1. (a) Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Town and Country
Planning or Regional Planning/City Planning
(b) Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or Physical Planning from a
University/Institution recognized by the Government
8. Mode of submitting Application:-
Candidates shall register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION ' system on the Official
Website of Kerala Public Service Commission '' for applying for the post.
Candidates who have registered shall apply by logging in to their profile using their User-
ID and password. Candidates must exclusively click on the 'Apply Now' button of the
respective posts in the Notification link for applying for a post. No application fee is required.
Candidates can view and have a print-out of the details in the profile by clicking the link
Registration Card, if required. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal
information and secrecy of password. Before applying for a post, candidates must ensure
correctness of the information in their profile. They must quote the User- ID for further
communication with the Commission. Applications once submitted will be received as
provisional and particulars shall not be deleted or altered after submission.Applications will
be summarily rejected if non compliance with the notification in due course of processing.
