FIRST N.C.A NOTIFICATION
Applications must be submitted online through the Official website of the commission after
“ONE TIME REGISTRATION”. Candidates who have already registered can apply through
their profile.

Note:- (1) Applications submitted by candidates belonging to Partially Blind
(Ex-servicemen only) other than those notified will be summarily
rejected. No rejection memo will be issued.
(2) Seperate Ranked list will be prepared for Thiruvananthapuram district in
pursuance of this notification. Ranked List thus prepared and published by the
Commission shall remain in force until candidates
are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for Partially Blind
category but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates
during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post in
the following district.

(3) The selection in pursuance of the notification will be made on a revenue
district basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O. (Ms)
No.154/71/PD dated, 27-05-1971. A candidate advised for appointment
in one revenue district from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for
transfer to another district unless he/she completes five years continuous
service from the date of commencement of service in the former district.
Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules
in G.O.(MS) No.4/61/PD. dated, 2.1.1961. Candidates already in
Government service holding this post in any one district are
prohibited from applying again for this post in any other district. A
candidate advised for appointment in headquarters vacancy is eligible
for transfer to the choice of his/her district, irrespective of period of
service of 5 years subject to the rules in G.O.(MS)
442/80/GAD dated, 26-09-1980.
5. Method of Appointment : Direct Recruitment.
[From Partially Blind Ex-servicemen only].
6. Age Limit : Must have completed 18 (Eighteen) years and Must not have
completed 50 (Fifty) years of age inclusive of the period of
Military Service. Only candidates born between 02.01.1962
and 01.01.1994 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for
this post.
7. Qualifications
S.S.L.C. or its equivalent examination.
Note : - (1) Only Partially Blind Ex-Servicemen are eligible to apply for this
post.
(2) The copies of the Certificate required as per para (13) of the
General Conditions including those of the mark list of the S.S.L.C
Examination. (with endorsement), the Discharge Certificate, the
Pension Payment order and the Disability Certificate should be produced
along with the original as and when called for by the
commission. (For details please refer para 11(a) of the General
conditions given below as Part II of the Notification).
8. If a written Test/OMR Test is conducted as part of the Selection, Hall Ticket of eligible
Candidates will be made available in the website of the Kerala public Service
Commission. Candidates are instructed to download their hall ticket as per the
instructions given in the website.
9. Last date of receipt of application : 16/01/2013 Wednesday upto 12.00 Midnight.
10. Mode of sending applications:-
Before applying for the post, candidates shall register as per “ONE TIME
REGISTRATION” with the Official Website of Kerala Public Service
Commission 'www.keralapsc.org'. Those who have registered shall apply
by logging in to their profile using their User-id and pass word. No application
fee is required. Candidates can view, rectify defects and print the details in the
registration card by clicking on the link Registration card after entrying the home
page. Candidate are responsible to ensure the correctness of the personal information
and secrecy of password and they shall remember the user Id for further
communication with the Commission. Applications which are submitted not in
accordance with the instructions given in the website will be summarily rejected.
Documents to prove Qualification, age, community etc have to produced as and
when called for.
