Applications must be submitted online through the official website of the Commission after 'ONE TIME
REGISTRATION'. Candidates who have already registered can apply through their profile

Note:-
(I) The above vacancies are now in existence. Separate Ranked lists will be prepared for each District Co-
Operative Bank in pursuance of this notification. The list of selected candidates published by the
Commission shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years
provided that the said list will not continue to be in force if a new list after expiry of the minimum period
of one year is published. Recruitment will be made for the above vacancies and also for the vacancies
reported for Special Recruitment from Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes and ST only during the
pendency of the list.
(II) Candidates should apply for the post in any one of the District Co-operative Banks mentioned above .
Application should not be sent to more than one district in response to this notification . If applications are
sent contrary to the above directions, and if he/she is selected his/her name will be removed from the ranked
lists and disciplinary action will be taken against him/her.
(III) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on District-wise basis.
5. Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from among Scheduled
Caste/ Scheduled Tribes only)
Note:-
Applications received from non SC/ST candidates will be rejected. Individual communications regarding
the rejection of their applications for the above reason will not be issued.
6. Age : 18-42. only candidates born between 02.01.1970 and 01.01.1994
(both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.
Note:- In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit the upper age limit shall be relaxed up to
50 years. But in no case the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 (Fifty) years. Relaxation of age will be
allowed to all provisional employees of the Twenty Nine Co-operative institutions mentioned in GO(P)
No. 41/98 dtd 9/3/98 (Whether they continue in service or relieved from service ) who have been
appointed through the Employment Exchange to the extent of their provisional service provided they
possess a minimum service of one year in the provisional appointment. The maximum period of
relaxation allowed to such persons will be five years. Once they get appointment on regular basis, the
concessions will not be available to further appointment to any post. The candidates who are entitled to
the above concession shall note the details there of in the respective columns of the applications and
submit a certificate (original) obtained from the head of office or Head of Department or appointing
authority of the Co-operative Institutions concerned, when the commission called for. The certificate
should contain all the relevant particulars such as the post in which the applicant has /had provisional
service, the scale of pay , name of the co-operative Institution in which he/she has/had worked, the date of
commencement of provisional service and the date of termination of the provisional service. It should
also be noted in the certificate that the applicant is not holding regular appointment under the co-operative
institutions. The original certificate thus produced will not be returned to the candidates.
7. Qualifications:
B.A/B.Sc/B.Com with HDC or HDC & B.M or JDC
OR
B.Com with Co-operation
OR
B.Sc (Co-operation and Banking) of Kerala Agricultural University

Documents to prove Qualification /Age/Community etc. have to be produced as and when called for .
8. Mode of submitting application :

registered shall apply by logging in to their profile using their User- ID and password. Candidates shall

12. Appointments are made on the basis of the rank secured in the Ranked List of candidates prepared in
pursuance of this notification subject to the conditions laid down in GO(MS) No.142/72/PD dated
13.04.1972, GO(MS) No. 309/73/PD dated 29.11.1973, GO(P) No.21/76/PD dated 17.01.1976 and
GO(P)No.25/94/GAD dated, 22.01.1994 allowing special reservations to Scheduled caste and Scheduled
Tribes in accordance with the procedures made for this purpose from time to time and subject to the rules
under sections 3(c), 17(a), 17(b) of Part II of Kerala State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1958.
13. If a written Test/OMR Test is conducted as part of the Selection, Admission Ticket of eligible Candidates
will be made available on the website of the Kerala Public Service Commission. Candidates are
instructed to download their Admission Ticket as per the instructions on the website.
