Commission after 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION'. Candidates who have already registered can apply
through their profile.

The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked List published as per this notification
will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the above vacancy earmarked for
LC/AI Community, but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the
existing ranked list published on 14.09.2010 for the post (Category No.50/2007).
5 Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment (from the above Community)
Note:- Applications submitted by candidates belonging to Communities other than the above
mentioned community will be summarily rejected. Individual communication regarding the
rejection of their application will not be issued.
6 Age limit : 19-47. Only candidates born between 02.01.1966 and
01.01.1994 (both dates included) are eligible to apply
for the post, including the relaxation in Para 2(i) of
Part II of the General Conditions. (For conditions
regarding the age relaxation please see Part II Para 2
of the General Condition)except Para 2(i).
7 Qualifications :
1 S.S.L.C or its equivalent qualification
2 (a) National Trade Certificate in the trade of Mechanic Motor Vehicle with three years
experience in the trade after obtaining the certificate.
OR
(b) National Apprenticeship certificate in the trade of Mechanic Motor Vehicle with
one year experience in the trade after obtaining the certificate.
OR
(c) Diploma in Auto Mobile Engineering from a Government or Government
Recognized polytechnic or its equivalent qualification.Note:- (i) The experience gained by a Workshop Attender in the trade of Mechanic Motor Vehicle
can also be deemed to be qualifying experience in the trade for selection to this post.
(ii) The certificate to produce in proof of experience shall be in form given below.

Note:- The veracity of the experience Certificate will be subject to scrutiny and legal actions will
be initiated against those who issue or produce bogus certificate.
Training :- Only those who have successfully completed training in the Central Training
Institute shall be eligible for promotion. However the eligibility of those who have not
been deputed for training by the Government for no fault of theirs will be not be effected if
they are otherwise qualified for promotion but such persons should undergo training after
promotion.
8. Method of submitting applications :-
Candidates shall register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION ' system on the
Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission 'www.keralapsc.gov.in' for applying for
the post. Candidates who have registered shall apply by logging on to their profile using their
User- ID and password. Candidates shall click on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective

Candidates can view and have a print-out of the details in the profile by clicking the link
