Note (i) Applications submitted by candidates other than those belonging to the above
mentioned categories will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be
issued.
(ii) Separate ranked lists will be prepared for each district in pursuance of this
notification. Ranked list prepared and published by the Commission as per this
Notification shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed
against the above mentioned turns of the Physically Handicapped turns
identified as unfilled during the currency of the Ranked List published for the
post in the following District.

(iii) Conventional type application for the above post will summarily be rejected.
Candidates can only apply through online application available at the website of

(v) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue
District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O.(MS)
No.154/71/PD dated, 27.5.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in this
Revenue District from the ranked list prepared is not eligible for transfer to
another district unless he/she completes 5 years continuous service from the date
of commencement of service in this district. Even if transfer is allowed after 5
years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O. (MS) No.4/61/PD dated, 02-01-
1961. Candidates already in Government service holding this post in any district
are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher
posts when notified.
5. Method of appointment: Direct Recruitment from the above mentioned categories of
candidates.
6. Age Limit:- For Physically Handicapped (Partially Deaf) 19 – 50. “Only candidates born
between 02-01-1962 and 01-01-1993 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for
this post”.
For SIUC Nadar/ Anglo Indian candidates 19-39: Candidates born between
02.01.1973 and 1.1.1993 (both dates included )are eligible to apply for the post
For concessions allowed in upper age limit subject to the condition that the maximum
age limit shall in no case exceed 50(fifty) years, please see Para 2 of the General
Conditions under Part II of this Notification.
7. Qualifications:
Must possess the minimum general educational qualification of SSLC or
any other equivalent qualification with minimum aggregate marks of 40% .
Note:-
(1) Every person appointed to the post shall from the date on which he joins
duty be on probation for a total period of two years within a continuous
period of three years duty.
(2) Every person selected for appointment in this post shall undergo training for
a period of 6(six) months in one of the Extension Training centres in the
State before appointment to the post. The training of a candidate will be
terminated in the event of his conduct being found unsatisfactory or in case
he is found inefficient during the period of training. The candidate will be
appointed to the post only in case they satisfactorily complete the course of
training. The Rank and Seniority of candidates selected for this post will be
decided according to the order in which their names appear in the advice list
furnished by the Public Service Commission. In the event if the candidate
does not complete the training within the stipulated period or does not pass
in the first chance, the rank and seniority will be altered on the basis of the
date of advice and the date of successful completion of training. The period
of training shall not be counted for probation.
(3) Every person to be appointed to the post will be required to execute a bond
agreeing to serve the State Government for a period of 3 years after the
training and reimburse liquidated damages to the extent of Rs, 1000/- in
addition to the amount actually spent for the training in case they violate the
term of agreement provided further that the terms of bond shall not be
insisted on in respect of a person who leaves State Government Service for
taking up appointment under the Central Government Service for or under
an organization wholly or substantially financed and controlled either by the
Government of India or by the State Government.

Candidates who have registered shall apply by logging in to their profile using their User- ID
and password. Candidates must exclusively click on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective

can view and have a print-out of the details in the profile by clicking the link Registration Card,
if required. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and
