FIRST NCA NOTIFICATION
Applications must be submitted online through the official website of the Commission after
'ONE TIME REGISTRATION'. Candidates who have already registered can apply through their
profile.

Note:- (i) Conventional type applications for the above post will be summarily rejected.
Candidates can apply through online application available at the Kerala Public Service
Commission website.
(ii) Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than those
notified will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued.
(iii) Separate ranked list will be prepared for each district in pursuance of this notification.
Ranked list thus prepared and published as per this notification shall remain in force
until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the
above community but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency
of the Ranked List published for the post in the following districts.

(iv) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District
basis,subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O(Ms) No 154/71/PD dated
27/05/1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one Revenue district from the
ranked list prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he/she
completes 5 years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the
former district. Even if transfer is allowed after 5 years,it will be subject to the rules in
GO(MS) No.4/61/PD dated,02.01.1961. Candidates already in Government service
holding this post, in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this postbut they can apply to higher posts when notified.
5 Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment (from the above mentioned
reservation group of communities only) .
6 Age limit : 18-43, (candidates born between 02.1.1970 and
01.01.1995 (both dates included)only are eligible to
apply for this post.[including the relaxation as per para
2(i)of the General conditions]
Note:- For concession allowed in upper age limit subject to the condition that the maximum age limit
shall in no case exceed 50 years, please see para 2 of the general conditions under part II of this
notification [except para 2 (i)]
7 Qualifications:-
 A Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala
 OR
 A title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universitie in Kerala
 OR
 A Pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for
 Govt.Examination,Kerala with Arabic under part I and II first language.
 OR
A) A Pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government
 Examination, Kerala or its equivalent.
 and
B) A pass in Arabic Munshi Examination (Higher) conducted by the Commissioner for
 Government Examinations, Kerala
 OR
 A Pass in Arabic Munshi Examination (Lower) conducted by the Commissioner for
 Government Examinations, Kerala
 OR
A Pass in Arabic Teachers Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government
Examinations, Kerala
 OR
A Pass in Arabic Entrance Examination of the Kerala and Calicut Universities
8 Special concessions regarding Appointment and age limit:
i) Preference will be given as laid down in GO (MS) No.50/70/PD dated 12.02.1970 and GO
(MS) No.9/78/G.Edn. Dated 21.1.1978 to the Wives of Jawans in the matter of
recruitment as Teachers, if they possess the prescribed qualification. Soldiers in active
service and those working in base establishment are included under the term 'Jawans'
Wives of Jawans should select “Are you entitled to any priority” as yes' on the online
application and give the details in the following space. Such candidates should obtain
proper certificates from the commanding Officer stating the Name, Military rank and
Military address of their husbands and produce the same as and when required by theCommission [GO (MS) No.509/64/Edn. Dated, 19.09.1964, GO (MS) No.614/65/Edn.
Dated 9.11.1965 and GO (MS) No.243/66/Edn. Dated, 27.05.1966]
ii) First Class Scouts and Guides will be given preference in the matter of appointment as
Teachers [GO (MS) No.122/75/G.Edn.dated 27.05.1975.
Note: The candidates who claim concessions on the basis of any of the reason mentioned in para
 2 of general conditions should state the fact in the application. Otherwise the applications
 are liable to be rejected presuming that they are over aged candidates.
 9 Mode of Submitting applications:
 Candidates shall register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION ' system on the Official
Website of Kerala Public Service Commission 'www.keralapsc.gov.in' for applying for the post.
Candidates who have registered shall apply by logging in to their profile using their User- ID and
password. Candidates shall click on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the Notification
link for applying for a post. No application fee is required. Candidates can view and have a print-out of
the details in the profile by clicking the link Registration Card, if required. Candidates are responsible
for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before applying for a post,
candidates must ensure correctness of the information in their profile. They must quote the User- ID
for further communication with the Commission. Applications once submitted will be received as
provisional and particulars shall not be deleted or altered after submission. Applications submitted not
in accordance with the conditions of the notification will be summarily rejected. Documents to prove
Qualification, community, age etc. have to be produced as and when called for.

12 If a written Test/OMR Test is conducted as a part of the selection, Hall Ticket of eligible
candidates will be made available in the website of the Kerala Public Service Commission.
Candidates are instructed to download their Hall Tickets as per the instructions in the website
Note:- Candidates shall take a print out (receipt) of their submitted application and retain the same
with the barcode number for further reference and communication.
