Note:- The above vacancy is now in existence. The Rank List Published as per this notification will be valid
until candidates are advised and appointed against the above vacancyearmarked for Muslim Community
candidates, but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published
on 15/12/2005 for the post. (Gazette date 03/08/2004 Category No.118/2004). This is he third NA notification
published due to the non-availability of candidates as per the notification in the Gazette dated 14.05.2008 &
30/09/2009 under Category No.199/2008 and 367/09 respectively.
5. Method of appointment: - Direct Recruitment from among Muslim Community. Application of candidates
other than Muslim Community will be rejected. Individual rejection memo will not be issued.
6. Age limit: - 18-39, ie, only candidates born between 02/01/1973 and 01/01/1994 (both dates
included) are eligible to apply for the post (for other conditions regarding the age
relaxation please see part 2 of the General Conditions except para 2 (i).
7. Qualifications: -
1) M.A in Psychology.
2) M. Phil/Diploma in Medical and Social Psychology from recognized University.
8. Mode of Sending Applications : -
Candidates shall register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION ' system on the Official Website of Kerala
Public Service Commission 'www.keralapsc.org' for applying for the post. Candidates who have registered
shall apply by logging in to their profile using their User- ID and password. Candidates must exclusively
click on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the Notification link for applying for a post. No
application fee is required. Candidates can view and have a print-out of the details in the profile by
clicking the link Registration Card, if required. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the
personal information and secrecy of password. Before applying for a post, candidates must ensure
correctness of the information in their profile. They must quote the User- ID for further communication
with the Commission. Applications once submitted will be received as provisional and particulars shall not
