FIRST NCA NOTIFICATION
Applications must be submitted online through the official website of the
Commission after 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION'. Candidates who have already registered
can apply through their profile.

 The above vacancies are now in existence. The Ranked List published as per this
notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancy
earmarked for the above mentioned communities but remain unfilled due to the paucity of
candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 26/06/2012 for the post
(Category No.220/2011).
5. Method of Appointment : Direct Recruitment (from among the candidates
 belongs to the above mentioned communities)
 Application of candidates other than those
 communities will be rejected. Individual rejection
 memo will not be issued. In the absence of
 candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe
 communities candidates belonging to Scheduled
 Caste will be considered.
6. Age Limit : 1) 21-49 Only candidates born between 02/01/1964
 and 01/01/1992 (both dates included) are eligible
 to apply for the post, in the case of Muslim
 Community
 2) 21-50; Only candidates born between 02/01/1963 and 01/01/1992(both dates included) are eligible
 to apply for the post in the case of Scheduled
 Tribe Community
(Including the relaxation as per para 2(i) of the General Conditions)
Note:- For conditions regarding other age relaxation please see para 2 of the General
 Conditions except para 2 (i)
7. Qualifications :
 (1) MD (Forensic Medicine) /DNB(Forensic Medicine )
 (2) Permanent Registration under Travancore Cochin Medical Council
(The above qualifications must be acquired on or before the last date of receipt of
application)
NOTE:
1) DNB qualifications must be acquired from a Medical College, which is
recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala
2) Provisional Registration with any Medical Council will not be accepted.
3) Those who are appointed in the post should serve for four (4) years during the
first ten(10) years of their service (including the period of training) anywhere
in India or any other foreign country under defence services connected with
defence, if required. Those who have completed 45 years of age are exempted
from the above compulsory Military service.
8. Mode of Sending Applications:- Candidates must register by 'ONE TIME
REGISTRATION ' on the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission
'www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. Candidates who have
registered shall apply by logging into their profile using their user ID and Password.
Candidates must click on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the
Notification link to apply for the post. No application fee is required. Candidates
can view and print the details in the profile by clicking the link Registration Card, if
required. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information
and secrecy of password. Before applying for a post, candidates must ensure
correctness of the information in their profile. They must quote the User- ID for
further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is provisional
and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. Applications will be summarily
rejected if non compliance with the notification is found in due course of
processing. Documents to prove Qualifications, experience, community, age etc.
have to be produced as and when called for .
9. Last date of receipt of Applications : 03.07.2013 Wednesday up to 12-00
Midnight.
